The 39 Steps is a farce adaptation of Alfred Hitchcocks movie of the same name. In this production, I played over a dozen different characters and switched between them in rapid succession! In the role of Clown 1, I played over a dozen different characters of various ages, genders, and nationalities. Some of the dialects I used for different characters in this role included: Scottish, Cockney, Irish, and German.
